Overview

Wetherspoons, is a popular pub chain in the UK and Ireland. It's known for its large number of locations, affordable prices, and extensive menu that includes everything from traditional pub fare to more modern options. Whilst working as a kitchen associate I also had the honour of contributing my graphical design skills to promote their products, increase sales, visitations and popularity.

Challenges

• Manager mentioned how one of their challenges is that people often misunderstood that they only serve their products till 11PM. So I placed this in a prominent sticker to make it more attention grabbing, giving clarification, visibility and consistency.

• Manager requested all starters to be added - challenge to make it look visually appealing and adhering to multiple layout generations. After discussions we agreed to lessen the number of starters shown. I later found some of the starters on their website all in one professional picture which I added onto the poster.

• Poor quality and a lack of professional images and content. Longer process to search and gain images from each document whilst editing to improve image quality.
